Velum (Costa Rica) is responsible for processing personal data you provide when registering and using the platform.

Email, name, authentication data, business information (name, type, currency), and operational data you enter: leads, customers, orders, products, templates, and notes.

We use your data to provide the CRM, authenticate you, improve the product, send transactional communications (e.g. password recovery), and comply with legal obligations.
4. Basis and retention
Processing is based on contract performance and, where applicable, your consent. We retain data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for backups and legal obligations.
5. Processors
We use third-party infrastructure (e.g. Supabase for database and auth, hosting providers). They process data under their policies and applicable data processing terms.
6. We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for advertising.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, multi-tenant isolation). No system is 100% secure; report incidents to us.
8. Your rights
You may access, rectify, or request deletion of your data by writing to noreply@orbitplatform.net. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will publish the revision date on this page. Continued use after material changes implies acceptance.
