1. Who we are

Velum is CRM software operated from Costa Rica for businesses that sell via WhatsApp and digital channels in LATAM.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Account and use

You are responsible for your account credentials and for how you use Velum in your business. You may not use the service for illegal activity, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.

4. Trial and subscription

We may offer a trial with full access. After the trial, continued use may require a paid plan per published pricing. Prices and billing cycles may change with reasonable notice.

5. Your data

Data you enter (customers, leads, orders, etc.) belongs to you. We grant you a limited license to use the software while your account is active. You may export or request deletion per the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, improvements, or feature changes with or without prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Velum is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or business decisions based on use of the CRM.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or pose risk to the service or other users.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in Costa Rica unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
